MatchingDonors.com is a proud, award-winning, nonprofit volunteer-run organization and is an official certifying organization of the President’s Volunteer Service Award. Our volunteers are eligible to receive the President’s Volunteer Service Award (PVSA) for their dedication to helping MatchingDonors.com.

The President’s Volunteer Service Award (PVSA) recognizes incredible individuals who are committed to a high level of volunteerism and service. These individuals work tirelessly to help solve some of the toughest challenges facing their communities, and our nation.

The President’s Volunteer Service Award (PVSA) Eligibility

• You need to be a registered Volunteer at MatchingDonors.com. Please register by completing the form below.
• Per federal program rules, the PVSA may only be awarded to U.S. citizens or lawful permanent residents (i.e. green card holders).
• U.S. based groups, fraternities, schools etc…are also eligible.
• Volunteer service hours are to be completed within a 12-month period and need to be reported to the MatchingDonors.com volunteer hours system to be counted.

Hours Required to Earn a President's Volunteer Service Awards in Each Age Group
Award Package
Our volunteers that achieve the minimum 100 hours of volunteering, will receive:

• A personalized congratulatory letter signed by President Joseph R. Biden.
• An award certificate of achievement, a medallion, and a pin - as seen in the picture above. 
• The award package will be given to qualifying Volunteers within a few days of qualifying for the PVSA. 
• Group awards require the participation of two or more active Volunteers each contributing at least 25 hours toward the group’s total volunteering hours, which need to reach a minimum of 100 hours. 
• Volunteers that achieve the status of either a Silver Award, Gold Award or Lifetime Achievement Award will also have a press release created about their achievement and distributed to the media.

Tracking Service Hours
Our Volunteers will log their volunteer hours individually via the MatchingDonors.com TrackItForward.com volunteer system through either their phone app or on their computer.

• It's simple: 
  • Please register as one of our MatchingDonors.com volunteers by going to https://www.trackitforward.com/site/matchingdonorscom 
  • Then you just need to log into your TrackItForeward.com account when you start volunteering, take a screen shot of your screen when you start and another screen shot when you stop the work you did while volunteering for that time, then upload those to your TrackItForward.com account and give a brief description of what you did during those volunteer hours.
• Before awarding any President's Volunteer Service Award, each of your volunteer hours will be reviewed by our MatchingDonors.com Director of Marketing Technology for quality assurance. 

You can complete these hours on your own and/or as part of a group in-person and/or virtually.
